Gun Talk and Skill Building Range Time with Michelle Pickett and Special Guest Ron Stambaugh

Come join firearms instructor Michelle Pickett and her friends to eat, discuss, and train together.  We all love to eat good food so we will me starting at Blue Highway in Micanopy at 11:30am.  After our great discussion with other like-minded gun owners, we will head over to Harry Beckwith Guns & Range for some unique range time.  Michelle will introduce skill building drills for you to practice at your level to increase your skill set with challenges. If you have had professional training with holsters at Pickett Weaponry or Harry Beckwith Guns & Range either OWB or IWB bring it with you to use on the range.

Schedule

• 10.30 am Meet at Harry Beckwith Guns & Range

• 11:45 am Meet at Blue Highway in Micanopy  

Age

• 12yrs and older
• Under 18yrs of age must have a parent or legal guardian attending the same course.

Cost

• $20 per adult
• Under 18yrs is Free

Ammunition

• Students are required to bring or purchase at our range 50-100rds of ammo on the day of training. NO STEEL CASING OR RELOADS!

You Will Need to Bring

• Quality functional semi-automatic pistol or revolver
•  50-100rds of ammo on the day of training. NO STEEL CASING OR RELOADS!
• At least 2 magazines
• Speed loader
• Eye Protection (We prefer wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses. Because this is a better way to protect your eyes.)
• Electronic earmuffs or earplugs

Other

• Note taking material.

Range Attire

• Clothing suitable for training
• Closed-toed shoes
• Cap or Wide Brimmed hat
• No loose-fitting shirts at the neck, tank tops,v-neck, etc… (to avoid brass from entering shirt)
• Eye protection (We prefer wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses)
• Electronic earmuffs or earplugs
