DESCRIPTION:This course is designed and presented as an intermediate level program focusing on the safe and efficient drawstroke and presentation of the semi-automatic handgun.  Competency and consistency in the fundamentals of shooting and safe weapons handling skills will continue to be reinforced. \nCourse Length:  4 hours \nPrerequisites:  This is an intermediate level class.  Students must have successfully taken HG 102 or an equivalent course. \nAmmunition:  50-100 rounds \nAgenda:               \n\nReview Firearms Safety\nRefresh fundamentals (Consistency and competency are expected)\nPresentation & Drawstroke\nPrimary Malfunction\nEmergency or Slide Lock Reloads\nMagazine Exchanges or Tactical Reloads with Retention\nTactical Reloads\nSecondary malfunction\nMedical Plan\nLive Fire Range time\n\n   You Will Need to Bring \n\nQuality functional semi-automatic pistol – Full size and compact pistols only (semi-auto center fire pistols only – revolvers or .22 caliber pistols are not allowed)\n\nNo micro pistols or pocket pistols to include: P238\, P938\, Glock 43\, etc.\n\n\n3 magazines minimum\nNew Factory FMJ Ammo (No Steel Casing or reloads)\nSpeed Loader\nWraparound eyewear\, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses\nElectronic Earmuffs and earplugs\nRange Gear\n\nOther: \n\nPlease make sure to bring food and water as it is not provided\nNote taking material\n\nRange Attire: \n\nClothing suitable for training in any weather\, pants must have belt loops\nCap or Wide Brimmed hat\nNo loose-fitting shirts at the neck\, tank tops\,v-neck\, etc… (to avoid brass from entering shirt)\nFootwear suitable for rapid movement and turning.\nLong pants\nSturdy closed toe shoes\n\n  \nBy completing enrollment in this event\, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms of Sale / Cancelation Policy
