DESCRIPTION:HANDGUNS 101 & 102 COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. \nHandguns 101: This course is designed and presented as an entry level program focusing on introducing students to modern handguns\, particularly the semi-automatic handgun.  Safe weapons handling skills and understanding range rules are the primary talking points. \nHandguns 102: This course is designed by focusing on instilling competency and consistency in the fundamentals of shooting a semi-automatic handgun. Safe weapons handling skills is constantly reinforced and getting the student safe and comfortable with a handgun on the range is the main goal.  With successful completion this course qualifies to apply for the  Florida Concealed Weapons License. \nIn the class we will be reviewing the Florida Statute 790.06. to learn how and where to carry your firearm properly in the State of Florida. Please review Section 790.06\, Florida Statutes. \nFor more information on how to apply for your License after you take the class go to  Florida Division of Licensing \nHere is the Florida Concealed Weapon License Reciprocity List \nIncludes:  \n\nInstruction\nRange time\nTargets\nHandgun 101 includes Firearm rental of 22lr & 25rds of ammo\n\nFor Handguns 102 you will need to complete the shooting qualification of 50rds\n\n\n\nYou will need to bring: \n\nFirearm in good working condition     (if you don’t have your own firearm or can’t bring it for class you can rent one for $10 plus ammo to complete the Handguns 102 shooting qualification.)\nAmmo 50rds (No steel casing or reloads)\nEye Protection\nElectronic Ear Protection\n\nRange Attire: \n\nCap or Wide Brimmed hat\nNo loose-fitting shirts at the neck\, tank tops\,v-neck\, etc… (to avoid brass from entering shirt)\nLong pants\nSturdy closed-toe shoes\n\n\n Other: \n\nLunch & snacks as needed\nWater (enough to remain hydrated)\nNote taking material\n\n\n\nBy completing enrollment in this event you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms of Sale / Cancelation Policy
